A dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Recreational Facilities Management, Tucker Garrett has built a diverse career that combines his love for sports with his expertise in team-building and facility operations. Beginning his journey as a Foreman in a lumberyard, Tucker developed a strong foundation in leadership, project management, and hands-on problem-solving. From there, he advanced to becoming a Maintenance Supervisor at Cooperstown Dreams Park, where he managed operations, ensuring top-tier facility upkeep for a world-renowned sports venue.
Tucker’s passion for sports, his growth mindset, and his commitment to building high-performance teams define both his personal and professional life. Whether on or off the field, he thrives on helping others succeed and believes in the power of collaboration and continuous improvement. Tucker is dedicated to giving back, using his experiences and skills to uplift others and make a positive impact in the communities he serves.
